Your personal information may be accessed by authorised technical support personnel at our India operations centre (Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India) for support and operational purposes. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients comply with Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Data Security
We implement technical, physical, and administrative measures including: TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit; AES-256 encryption at rest; AWS ap-southeast-2 hosting with private networking; role-based access controls; PostgreSQL Row-Level Security for multi-tenant isolation; and regular security audits. In the event of a notifiable data breach, we will comply with our obligations under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9. Access and Correction

11. Data Retention
